Reply to your confirmation email and say you’d like a refund — that reaches us directly and already carries your reference. We refund in full within 48 hours, usually much sooner. We don’t ask you to prove anything, send us a rejection letter, or explain yourself. You will not be charged a fee.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Depending on your bank it can take a further 5–10 working days to appear on your statement — that part is out of our hands.

An optional $8 extra at checkout. It lets you change the date or the route once, free of charge, within 48 hours of your order — useful if your plans are still moving or an embassy asks for a different date. Just reply to your receipt with what you need changed.
No. There’s nothing to sign up for and no password to remember. You answer a few questions, pay, and the reservation arrives by email. Your card details go straight to Stripe — we never see or store them.
