1. Who you are contracting with
These terms are between you and Onward Flight, the operator of onwardticketpass.com (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept them.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
2. What you receive
You receive a flight reservation document as a PDF: a booking confirmation covering the route, date and passenger names you enter, built on a real, scheduled flight operated by a real airline. Flight numbers, airline, departure and arrival times and airports are taken from live airline schedule data at the moment your order is processed.
The document is issued by us for use as proof of onward or return travel — the evidence that visa officers, airline check-in staff and border officials ask one-way travellers to show.
It is not an airline ticket. You have not bought a seat and you cannot travel on it. It does not entitle you to board any flight, and no payment has been made to any airline on your behalf. If you intend to fly, buy a ticket from the airline.
We cannot guarantee that any particular embassy, consulate, airline or border officer will accept the document. Requirements differ by country, by airline and sometimes by individual officer, and they change without notice. That risk is the reason section 5 exists.
If your exact route is not available
If no scheduled flight matches the exact airports and date you chose, we will use the closest available alternative serving the same country, and the document will say so. Any of these serves the same purpose as proof of onward travel. If that is not acceptable to you, section 5 applies.
3. Price and payment
| Item | Price | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Reservation | $16 USD | The document described in section 2. |
| Flexible dates | +$8 USD | Optional, chosen during checkout. |
| Express delivery | +$5 USD | Optional, offered after payment. Sends the document immediately instead of after the standard hold. |
All prices are in US dollars and include any taxes we are required to charge. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fee, which we do not receive and cannot refund.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. The charge appears on your statement under the descriptor shown on your receipt.
The express delivery upgrade is a separate charge from the reservation and appears as a second line on your statement.
4. Delivery
Your document is emailed to the address you give at checkout, normally within a few minutes of payment. You will receive up to three emails for one order:
- A receipt confirming payment.
- The reservation document itself, as a PDF attachment.
- A separate receipt, only if you take the $5 express upgrade.
If nothing has arrived within an hour, check your spam or promotions folder first, then contact us — we will resend it.
It is your responsibility to give a working email address. If the address you enter is wrong or rejects our email, tell us and we will resend to a corrected address at no charge.
5. Refunds
Ask and you get your money back. We do not ask for evidence, we do not ask why, and we do not make you argue. Refunds are processed within 48 hours of your request, usually much sooner.
You can request a refund any time within 14 days of your order, for any reason — including if the document was not accepted, if your plans changed, or if you simply changed your mind.
To request one, reply to your confirmation email and say you would like a refund. That reaches us directly and already carries your order reference. You can also use the contact form — include your reference if you have it.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Once we have processed the refund, your bank controls when it appears; that usually takes a further 5–10 working days and is outside our control.
A refund covers everything you paid us on that order, including the flexible-dates and express options.
By asking us to prepare and send your document immediately, you agree that we begin performing the contract straight away. This does not reduce your refund rights above, which are more generous than the law requires.
6. Your part of the deal
- Names must match your passport. Enter the given names and surname exactly as they are printed in the machine-readable zone of your passport. A document that does not match your passport is likely to be rejected.
- Check the details before you pay. Route, date and spelling are yours to confirm. If you spot a mistake afterwards, tell us — we will correct and resend rather than charge you again.
- Check your own requirements. Only the embassy, consulate or airline concerned can tell you what they require. We do not give immigration or visa advice, and nothing on this site is legal advice.
7. Acceptable use
The document is supplied for your own travel documentation. You must not:
- alter, edit or forge any part of it, or change the name, route, dates or reference on it;
- present it as a purchased ticket, or claim a seat has been paid for;
- resell or redistribute it, or run it as a service of your own, without our written agreement (see Affiliates if you want to work with us);
- use it in connection with any offence.
We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, where we reasonably suspect fraud, card abuse or a breach of these terms.
8. Our liability
We are responsible for supplying what section 2 describes, and for the refund promise in section 5. We are not responsible for the decisions of third parties — visa refusals, denied boarding, an officer who declines to accept the document, a missed flight, or costs flowing from any of those.
Except where the law does not allow it to be limited, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Changes and cancellation
We may change these terms. The version published here when you place your order is the one that governs it, so the date at the top of this page matters.
We may change prices at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
If we cannot fulfil an order at all, we will tell you and refund it in full.
10. Law and complaints
If something has gone wrong, tell us before anything else — we would far rather fix it than have you dispute a $16 charge with your bank.
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
